Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 20 days of the ship date. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, or altered. When you return your purchase for refund/exchange, you must include the invoice with your package as well. If invoice is not included with the returning package, there is no way we can figure out which order it belongs to which result being not able to issue refund.

Pepplus recommends that you send back your return with tracking information, even with insurance in case the package is with high value. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Exchange Instruction
If you want to exchange your purchase with something else from our website, it basically works just same as returning your purchase. You can return your original purchase and make a new purchase from , we issue refund on your returning purchase as soon we received returning package.

Damaged Items 
Pepplus does take pride in the products we ship out! If you find your item to be damaged or defective, please contact a customer service representative BEFORE returning your item so that we may further assist you accordingly. 

Refused Packages
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on

Sale Items 
All items on sale are final, and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
